Shopping Mall
Greenburg, NY 1994
A new 50,000 SF Shopping Center in Greenburgh, NY.
The two-story Concrete Block and Steel structure contains one major tenant and three sub-tenant spaces. Minimizing the construction cost and schedule was achieved by using Insulated Concrete Masonry Units for most of the exterior finish. Exterior Insulation and Finish System and Metal Roofing System were applied directly over the Structural Steel Studs for the front portion of the Building.
Shigehiro Shishido, AIA directed this project as a project architect in contract with Nadler Philopena Architects, P.C. of Mount Kisco, NY.
